Original Civil War Period Corps Badges

Original Civil War Period Corps Badges – These badges are definitively war period and not postwar veteran’s badges. There are three cloth and bullion embroidered corps badges and three metallic badges. The cloth badges are as follows:

• 1^st Division 9^th Corps badge
• 3^rd Division 6^th Corps badge
• 2^nd Division 1^st Corps badge

The metallic badges are as follows:

• Silvered 2^nd Corps badge (only remnants of solder where pin or hat loops were attached)
• 1^st Division 18^th Corps badge (T-pin on back)
• 19^th Corps sheet brass badge (only remnants of solder where pin or hat loops were attached)
