Indian War to Spanish American War U.S. Officer’s Belt and Plate – This high grade U.S. Army Officer’s belt is constructed of a fine gold bullion like material, alternating with a red material, superimposed on the exterior side of an officer’s pebble grain, leather belt. The belt plate, comparable to the M1851, cast brass, officer’s eagle plate, fits into a matching brass keeper, when the belt is closed. Both belt and plate remain in excellent condition.
