Rare Non Dug Alabama “Map” Coat Button – These buttons have always been extremely difficult to find; we recently obtained this, as well as a few other choice, non dug buttons, from a descendant of renown journalist and historian, Virginius Dabney; apparently, Mr. Dabney maintained a modest collection of Civil War, primarily Confederate, memorabilia, to include this button and a few others, which we also obtained.
