Antebellum to Civil War Period Men’s Waistcoats or Vests – These three waistcoats date to the 1850s to the Civil War period; all three are in excellent condition. The waistcoats are as follows:

V#1 – Constructed of black wool with a layover collar; lined in a heavy brown cotton; the back panel is constructed of a light, brown, polished cotton and retains its original size adjuster belts with buckle – $135

V#2 – Double breasted, with mother of pearl buttons; constructed of a buff cotton; interior lined in a white linen; the back panel is constructed of a white linen, as well, retaining its original size adjuster belts with buckle – $150

V#3 – Double breasted; constructed of an off white silk; interior lined in a white linen; the back panel is constructed of a white linen and retains its original size adjuster belts with buckle – $150
