Civil War Period Seated Liberty Silver Half Dollar Dated 1864 – This Civil War period dated, silver half dollar is in overall good condition, with some obvious wear, as well as a period hole, drilled into the upper area of the coin, presumably so that the coin could be suspended around someone’s neck. This half dollar is a Type I variety of the coin and is not mint marked.
