Collection of Daguerreotypes and Ambrotypes in Excellent Condition in Full Cases
Collection of Daguerreotypes and Ambrotypes in Excellent Condition in Full Cases – We recently obtained a substantial group of antebellum images, either early daguerreotypes, 1850s anbrotypes and a couple of tintypes. All of the images are housed in their original, full cases, some are leatherette covered, pasteboard types, while others are thermoplastic cases; one case is a rarely encountered, light brown, leather case – regardless, all of the cases are full cases and are in fine condition.
